- 1 KetoBrownie ground up - (Chocolate Almond Crunch)
- 2 cups Almond Flour
- 1 Tbls Coconut Flour
- 1/2 cup Swerve (erythritol)
- 1 tsp. Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. Ginger
- 1/8 tsp. Nutmeg
- 1 egg
- 5 Tbls Coconut Oil
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
- 1 Tbls unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 1/4 tsp of salt
Per Serving: 12 Cookies

1.) Preheat oven to 325'
2.) In a bowl, add flours, swerve, spices and mix together
3.) In a separate bowl, combine softened coconut oil, egg and vanilla
4.) Combine the wet and dry ingredients, it will seem to dry at first but keep working the dough, it will come together.
5.) Form dough into a ball, wrap and place in the fridge to cool for at least an hour
6.) Roll dough out into about 1 cm thick and use cutters to cut out shapes
7.) Lay cookies on baking sheet lined with parchment paper
8.) Bake for 12-15 minutes depending on thickness, should be golden brown
9.) Let cool completely
- 8 Oz. plain cream cheese
- 3-4 Tbls Swerve
- 3 Tbls Heavy Cream
- 1 Tsp Vanilla

1.) Beat all ingredients until smooth
2.) Add food coloring if desired
